Pulau Rhu Island was located at Terengganu Malaysia which takes 10 minutes away by travel at speed boat from the jetty Kuala Besut, Terengganu to the location. It is a scenic island with calm bay for swimming and an exciting hill to climb activities. Access & Orientation Getting to the Perhentian Islands requires purchasing a speedboat ticket in Kuala Besut, Terengganu. There are bus connections from all major destinations in Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Georgetown, Ipoh and Cameron Highlands that travel to Kuala Besut. Upon arriving at the Kuala Besut Bus Terminal, it is only a 10-minute walk to the jetty. You can also fly from Kuala Lumpur and Penang to Kota Bharu, a town in Kelantan located just an hour away from Kuala Besut. The flight will take an hour. From Kota Bharu, you will need to take a Grab or taxi to the jetty. The car journey will take another hour. This cafe is right beside The Bharat, you need to walk through them either way if you are heading along the beach. The cafe is very simple layout and unassuming, but the food that came out is tasty and good value. I have my meals here twice and it was great, no complains. You get to sit beside the beach and view is perfect. There are brew coffees served in the evening, do order that, because they are good. I would recommend anyone to try Belinda Cafe once and you will not regret. We came to Belinda's for dinner and had our own reservations about island food. So we didn't have high hopes. But they certainly surprised us with not only good food, but quite a sizeable portion too! We ordered the Seafood Fried Rice and Kuey Teow Ladna (or known as Wat Tan Hor/ Flat Rice Noodles with Egg Gravy). The seafood in the fried rice was fresh, especially the squid.
